Product photography supplied by the manufacturers whose ranges we stock. We are independent, so a single schedule usually draws on four or five makers, chosen door by door. The catalogue in full
One document decides the hardware on every leaf in the building.
The architect checks the design against it, the quantity surveyor prices the package from it, the joiner works to it, and building control reads it to see that every fire door carries hardware it is allowed to carry. Writing that document is the job. Everything else follows it.

Fire and escape doors
Hardware that sits inside the door’s test evidence instead of breaking
it. FD30 and FD60.
Accessible openings
Approved Document M and BS 8300-2, including where they pull against the
fire strategy.
Access control and automation
Scheduled by someone who knows what the door does when the power fails.
Refinishing and bespoke work
Re-chroming, bronzing, powder coating, lock repair. Usually cheaper than
replacement, and usually better.
Delivery to programme
Phased to the build sequence, rather than dropped on site in week one.
