One narrow one way street, five storeys up, two occupied buildings.

Charlotte Road, Shoreditch, February 2017. Six apartments formed by demolishing the fourth floor of two occupied buildings and building two new floors above. The ironmongery went to site in phases rather than in a lorry, because a lorry was never going to be the answer. Clements and Porter Architects, private client.
