The right week, not just the right door
Projects do not run nine to five, which is why we do not either. The point of a schedule is that the right item arrives on the right door at the right week, and this page is the second half of that sentence.
A 400 door package that arrives in week one is 400 doors of hardware to store, guard and lose.
On a phased job we deliver against the programme rather than in one drop, so nothing sits in a container on a live site being rained on and walked off with. Tell us the floor by floor sequence and we will pack to it.
The triple order check
Unglamorous, and the reason packages arrive rightEvery order is checked three times between the schedule and the van. It is not clever and it is not automated. It is the reason a 400 door package does not arrive with 40 left hand locks that should have been right hand.
Lead times
The question every buyer arrives withA supplier who will not publish a turnaround loses the enquiry to the one who will. So we intend to publish ours, by job size, and then hit it.
I have been using Proline for the past 3 years. The team are very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them. Definitely a go to supplier.
Absolutely brilliant service from Kevin and the team at Proline. I really appreciated the expert advice, so I knew I was getting exactly what I needed. And the quality of the products are superb, I would really recommend them. It’s the complete service from start to finish!
Tell us the build sequence.
We pack to the programme rather than dropping the package on site in week one.
